01.Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and The Body Well ("The Body Well," "we," "us," or "our"), a chiropractic practice located in Atlanta, Georgia. By accessing or using thebodywellatl.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

02.Use of the Website

The Site is provided to share information about our practice, our team, and the services we offer, and to allow you to request appointments or contact our office. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, servers, or networks
• Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site without our permission
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site

03.Not Medical Advice

No doctor-patient relationship is formed until you have scheduled and attended an in-person visit with Dr. Erin Torzewski, D.C. or another licensed provider at The Body Well. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on this Site. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

04.Appointments & Scheduling

Requesting an appointment through the Site, by phone, or by email is a request only and is not confirmed until our team follows up with you directly. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline appointments at our discretion, including where a prospective patient's coverage or care needs fall outside the scope of our practice.

We currently are not able to accept new patients who have Medicare as any part of their health coverage. Cancellation and late-arrival policies communicated by our office apply to all scheduled visits.

05.Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, photographs, and other content on the Site are the property of The Body Well or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

06.Reviews & User Content

If you submit a testimonial, review, or other content to us (directly or through a third-party platform such as Google), you grant The Body Well a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to display, reproduce, and reference that content — including on this Site and in our marketing — in connection with our practice. You are solely responsible for anything you submit and agree it will not be false, defamatory, or infringe on anyone else's rights.

07.Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services (for example, online scheduling tools, payment processors, or review platforms) that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site, and linking to it does not imply our endorsement.

08.Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practice or applicable law. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
